Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?

There is more to life than disappointment and depression. The answer is a personal relationship with God through his son Jesus. It means that pain, disappointment, and suffering will no longer rule your life. It means that somebody loves you without asking anything in return—no matter how messed up your life is, no matter what you’ve done.

So, how do you connect with Him?

1.  ADMIT.  Admit to God that you are a sinner and you need his salvation. There is nothing you can do to earn it. It is a gift of God..  The Bible tells us in Romans 3:23 that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

2.  BELIEVE.  Believe that God loves you, despite your sin He sent His son Jesus to die and be raised from the dead so that you can be perfect in God’s eyes. Jesus paid the price for your sin. Believe in Jesus Christ and that God raised him from the dead.

3.  CONFESS.  Confess your faith in Jesus.  The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9 that “if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.”

EVERYONE sins and, because of the sin in your life, it is impossible to know God on our own.  That’s why He sent Jesus!  If you admit your sin and believe that God loved you so much that He sacrificed His Son Jesus, you can enter into a relationship with Him.  That means that your mistakes are washed away and God will send the gift of the Holy Spirit to live inside you. You will then have a direct spiritual conduit to God.

I ask you to pray this prayer:

Dear Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I confess before you that I am in need of Jesus. I make a choice right now to turn away from my sin and put my faith and trust in you. You also said, That if I CONFESS with my mouth the Lord Jesus, and BELIEVE in my heart that God has raised Him (Jesus) from the dead, I shall be SAVED. Therefore, according to Your Word I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe that He (Jesus) died and was raised from the dead for me, and I confess Him now as my Lord and Savior. I have now become the righteousness of God in Christ and I thank You for saving me in Jesus’ name. AMEN.
